I was initially delighted with the product. The tee is thick and it is good quality. The printing on the back is fine and I have no issues with that. However, I washed the product, as directed, inside out and on low temperature, and despite that after one wash the “O” on “Nashid Chroma” as printed on the front came off on the second wear. Following the second wear the D was also hanging off and it will not be there by the time I get to wear the top for the third time. I have emailed about my disappointment but, unfortunately I did not receive a response. I did only receive the product in early December and so I gave the benefit of the doubt for delay following my first wear given the Christmas period, but following a further email chaser and waiting for another week in the New Year I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed by the product and the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend, which is disappointing as I would have liked to support this company.
The design is absolutely beautiful. The t-shirt is slightly too big, but that's to be expected since it's an oversized t-shirt.
The service is exceptional. I accidentally added a hoodie to my order with shop. I immediately contacted the company and received an immediate refund. I was very satisfied with the quick response to my refund request.
Overall, I rellay recommend it. It's totally worth it! :)

This item arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely free sticker print, detailed wash and storage instructions and item itself is brilliant quality. The package did arrive 6 days after the expected delivery date but I imagine there have been delays due to the festive period. I did order with delivery to the UK. Despite this, the item was worth the wait and my partner loves it. Many thanks!
