I recently purchased three framed art pieces, and while I absolutely love the artwork itself, I was disappointed with the framing options. The website displays the artwork with a white matte, which was the exact look I wanted, but that option was apparently not available when ordering. I paid extra to have them framed, so it was frustrating to receive frames that don’t really match the aesthetic shown online or what I expected for the price.
The framing quality is alright, but not worth the added cost in my opinion. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to pay again to have all three pieces reframed so I can achieve the look I originally wanted. I would definitely recommend purchasing the artwork unframed and having it custom framed yourself if you’re particular about presentation and matting options.

I have had my print for a while and finally got it to a print shop to get framed this weekend. I had not opened the box because I wanted to make sure I could frame it upon opening. There was some physical damage to the box from shipping and unfortunately it did dent the print in some spots. Fortunately because of the quality of the paper and the vibrant colors I don’t think it will be noticeable. My only suggestion would be to ship in the harder to dent tubes instead, especially for the larger prints like what I ordered. Can’t wait to get it back from the framing shop I love it!
