What is Nashid Chroma's Return Policy?

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your print within 30 days. Please let us know by contacting us at support@nashidchroma.com and my team can assist you with your return! 

How do I start a refund?

Refunds are offered to customers that are unsatisfied, receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of  these apply, please contact us at support@nashidchroma.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.  

Exchanges 

The best way to exchange an item is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have by contacting support@nashidchroma.com.

What condition does my return need to be in?

All returns must be in resalable condition—this means items cannot be worn, washed, or scratched.

  • If the item came with tags, they must still be attached.

  • If the item didn’t come with tags, you can return it as is, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and not scratched.

  • All pack-in bonuses must be shipped back with the returned item.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

I stand behind all of art and garments. If your item is potentially defective and its been less than 30 days since your Chroma purchase, simply return the item. If its been more than 30 days, please email into support@nashidchroma.com to make a return. 

What is your discount code policy?

If you used a discount code on your order, the value of the discount won’t be credited, refunded, or transferred.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
